Ann provides Intuitive and client-centred EFT 'Tapping' therapy and coaching.
This involves guided self-tapping gently on acupressure points around the head and upper body, with therapeutic coaching prompts.
EFT can gently support you to release limiting beliefs, performance blocks and general emotional or physical pain without retraumatising you.
Internationally Accredited
Ann has undertaken many years of training, self-development and client work, to reach Advanced certified practitioner status with EFT International- and maintains annual supervision and CPD to retain this standard.

Ann offers 1:1 or group transformational coaching sessions and talks for Community groups, Schools and Colleges. Sessions are available online or (by arrangement and location dependant) in person .
